About Returns and Exchanges: specializes in manufacturing and trading carpets. We devote ourselves in providing you high quality carpets with reasonable prices and knight service. To provide you with safe online shopping conditions, we will launch an 'Exchange & Return' campaign from now on.

Specific details below:

1. Customers who are not satisfied with our products, please contact us via email within 48 hours to apply for "return or exchange" since you signed for the goods mine. Overdue, this item is not available.

2. There will not be any restocking fees charged for exchanges, but the customer may be responsible for shipping fees. We do not refund the difference if you exchange a product with a lower price. For refunds, shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount. But if it is our fault, you will get a full refund. 2. For custom orders, please contact us within 24 hours of your payment completed.
