About Returns and Exchanges:
quangphuongcarpet.com specializes in manufacturing and trading carpets. We devote ourselves in providing you high quality carpets with reasonable prices and knight service. To provide you with safe online shopping conditions, we will launch an 'Exchange & Return' campaign from now on.
Specific details below:
1. Customers who are not satisfied with our products, please contact us via email info@quangphuongcarpet.vn within 48 hours to apply for "return or exchange" since you signed for the goods mine. Overdue, this item is not available.
2. There will not be any restocking fees charged for exchanges, but the customer may be responsible for shipping fees. We do not refund the difference if you exchange a product with a lower price. For refunds, shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount. But if it is our fault, you will get a full refund. Once your exchange or return request has been confirmed, a return address will be provided to you to send the item back.
3. Please email us with pictures of the goods you intend to return or exchange for our reference.
4. To ensure that we can receive your return package, please contact us before sending it back. We reserve every right to refuse to sign the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all losses arising therefrom.
5. The above applies to in-stock rugs, excluding custom rugs and special offers except for any quality issues. Please ensure that the Goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Regarding cancellation:
We may cancel your order free of charge if you contact us promptly after purchase.
1. For in-stock orders, please contact us within 8 hours of your payment being completed.
2. For custom orders, please contact us within 24 hours of your payment completed.
3. Please click contact us at the bottom of our website, select the department you require and submit your information there, we will get back to you as soon as we receive your email. Overdue, processing fee will be charged.
4. Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been sent or the extension is being customized.
